The Maryland Negotiation Service, an extension of the Public School Superintendents Association of Maryland, the state organization for school labor relations practitioners, presents a unified voice on labor relations issues for Maryland public school systems and promotes effective professional practice through leadership, information sharing and data-based decision making, professional activities, and broad-based networking.
